Lot Rental Rates from April 1st 2010 - October 31st 2010:

Summertime Special:
reserve 2 nights online and stay a 3rd night for free!
(valid May 1st - October 31st)

Daily: $26 - including cable tv, 30 amp electric & all applicable taxes

Daily Group Rate: $15 - including cable tv, 30 amp electric & all applicable taxes (available April 1st - October 31st minimum 5 sites)

Weekly: $156 - including cable tv, 30 amp electric & all applicable taxes (weekly rate = six nights with one night free)

Monthly: $315 - including cable tv, all applicable taxes, plus 30 amp electric metered at site (adults only - minimum age requirement: 35)

Long Term Monthly Rate: $197 offered after 6 months consecutive stay - cable tv for $30 a month is optional, plus 30 amp electric metered at site, with $100 deposit (adults only - minimum age requirement: 35)

Lot Rental Rates from November 1st 2010 - March 31st 2011:

Daily: $28 - including cable tv, 30 amp electric & all applicable taxes

Weekly: $168 - including cable tv, 30 amp electric & all applicable taxes (weekly rate = six nights with one night free)

Monthly: $330 - including cable tv, all applicable taxes, plus 30 amp electric metered at site (adults only - minimum age requirement: 35)

Seasonal Rate: $1,550 - including cable tv, for five consecutive months (discount of $100 compared to five times monthly rate, if paid in full by October 31st 2010)

Electric: 16 cents per KW including all surcharges & fees

Additional adults, teenagers 13-19 or overnight guests: $3 per night, or $50 per month (adults only - minimum age requirement: 35)

RV/Boat Storage Offsite for our guests who stay at least one week with us: $31.80 per month including 6% sales tax / as of November 1st $37.10 per month

Daily rate discounts accepted at the park with over the phone reservations: 50% Passport America and CampClub USA from April 1st - October 31st, 50% NACC/ROD via fax from Central Reservations and 15% Escapees.

All site rates are calculated for 2 adults, 2 vehicles & 2 friendly pets and also includes: all applicable taxes, your own children up to age 12 (for daily and weekly stays only), use of our clubhouse, 24 hour coin laundry, shuffleboard, horseshoes, restrooms/hot showers, group fire ring with fire wood, lawn maintenance, fire ant control, mail & emergency phone message delivery. Pizza Delivery available directly to your site from Snappy Tomato or Forest Pizza. Also available for monthly stays: CenturyLink Telephone & DSL internet hookups and Star Banner Newspaper delivery.

Pet Policy: Friendly, well behaved Pets are welcome - max. 2 per site (all dogs must be non agressive). Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors - must be up to date on all vaccines - may not be left unattended outside at anytime nor inside the RV if they create a nuisance and must be picked up after immediately. No Pets allowed in our park buildings.

Cancellation Policy: A $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
